HELLO ALL MAKERS, CRAFTERS, FARMERS, FOODIES, ARTISTS!

HEIRLOOM by design will be held Saturday, June 8th, 10:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.  

Participating vendors, please plan to be at Greylock WORKS for the full day. Vendor layout and logistics will be distributed closer to the date. You will be able to setup the day + evening before the event or Saturday morning.

 

APPLICATION SCHEDULE:

Open: January 16th

Vendor Announcements: Rolling thru April

Booth Fee Due: ASAP, booths will not be reserved without payment 

Cancellation – 50% refund before April 1; no refunds after April 1

 

BOOTH PRICING:

Full Booth (approx 7′ x 12′ x 5′ high max) | $195

Full Booth along wall or window (approx 7′ x 12′ x 10′ high max) | $225

Farmer Table (6 Linear Feet along shared communal table – food vendors only) | $50

 

BOOTH ADDITIONALS:

Chair $10 ea (or feel free to bring your own)

Table $15 ea (or feel free to bring your own)

Electric  $ 30  |  Be sure to reserve access to an outlet to keep your accent lighting and digital devices happy

A FEW MORE DETAILS:

  • Photos you submit via our vendor application are for gWorks to market your brand and highlight your products – please submit high res, well-lit images so we can help show off your goods and get folks excited about coming!
  • Unless you pay for tables with your booth, please plan to provide your own tables and table coverings. Neutral tones and coverage to the floor are preferred
  • All booth areas will be open tables, no tents or canopies, and displays will be limited to 5′ high unless against a wall.  Window booths may not block daylight.
  • We welcome booth sharing! If you would like to share a booth with another vendor, please let us know in the application
FOOD VENDORS:
Whether you’re sampling shelf-stable products or cooking ready to eat meals, all food vendors must obtain a permit with the North Adams’ Department of Health. You’ll need to submit the following at least 30 days in advance of the event, so Thursday 05/09 at the very latest. The sooner the better!
1. Serv-Safe Food Handler Certificate
2. Serv-Safe Allergens Certificate
3. One-day permit or annual license application OR a copy of your permit or license from your city or town Board of Health.

Any questions regarding this permit should be directed to Melissa Martin (mmartin@northadams-ma.gov) and Michael Moore (mmore@northadams-ma.gov). We anticipate a DOH inspector to be present the morning of our festival, so if you’re unsure if you need a permit, please email Missy and Mike for guidance – they are super helpful people.

 

Please note that due to a high level of interest, ALL vendors must fill out an application.  If you have already provided images in a previous application, you can simply reference that in this year’s application.
